Job Summary

We are seeking engaging, dedicated and passionate Tutors / Instructors to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classroom instruction and tutoring, with a focus on helping students achieve their academic goals. This role involves working closely with learners (of various levels and ages) to enhance their understanding of various subjects, providing personalized support, and fostering a positive learning environment.

University students, recent graduates, and senior high school students are encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students.
• Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses to develop effective learning strategies.
• Create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student interests.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and motivation.
• Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

Skills

• Proven experience in classroom settings or tutoring environments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Experience working as a Camp Counsellor (nice to have)
• Experience working with young learners, demonstrating patience and adaptability.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple students effectively.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative educational experience.
